Yes, breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided on Saturday and  Sunday.  Friday evening will have tea and sandwiches when you arrive,  and Monday will have breakfast and lunch before you depart.

The standard three-night option is $275 if you e-transfer to kaszuby2025@gmail.com.  If you book using the ticket sales page (Eventbrite) it is $295 instead.

There is a two-night option (any two nights) for $215 ($230 using Eventbrite).

A night is considered 24h for meal purposes (so three meals per night).

No, please bring your own tent if you are in a designated TENT spot. 

Volleyball, grassy areas for other sports, beach with lake to swim, free  canoe rental, hiking in the forest, music & dancing in the  evening/night.  There will be optional lecture(s) to attend in the  afternoon, and a movie on Sunday evening.   At night, campfires will be raging. 

You will need to avoid eating what you can't/won't from the available food.  We will  try to have meals without gluten but there are no guarantees.  We will try to inform you which parts have gluten/lactose/meat/arsenic so you can avoid it if you need/want to.

While the event is meant for ages 19+, if you have no other option you can bring your little one(s).  Please inform us ahead of time.  Prices for kids are (per night): free (0-3 years old), $25/night (4-6), $35/night (7-10), $50/night (11-13), $70/night (14-18).  Pay on the spot (cash or e-transfer).

People usually start showing up Friday evening, anywhere from 6pm to midnight.  Try to arrive not too late to get your cabin assignment from one of the organizers while they're still up.  Tea and sandwiches will be provided Friday in the evening.

Please note that sleeping bags, blankets, and pillows are NOT provided - you must bring your own (both cabin and tent options).  If you have a TENT spot, also bring a tent.  Bring snacks for the fire, BYOB and a cooler.  Bring some fun activities and games! (frisbees, balls, boats, bikes, etc.)

Yes, there is a Catholic Sunday Mass at the "Katedra pod Sosnami" (Cathedral under the Pines) walking distance from the camp.

If you change your mind, contact us, and pay the difference within a reasonable amount of time of your purchase, we can extend your ticket for the full 3 nights.  If you decide much later, or after ticket sales end, or during the trip, just pay us $100 for the extra night.

While the event is meant for people to disconnect from stress and their devices, yes electricity is available (and cell/internet signal too).  Each cabin has electricity (not in tent area), and the common areas do too (i.e. cafeteria and washrooms).

Yes, with conditions:  the earlier you buy tickets, the better chances of getting your preference accommodated.  Please contact us ( kaszuby2025@gmail.com ) and let us know how many of the tickets purchased are in your group that wants to stay together ( 2 - 6 people ).
